With a background in both brand and creative realms, Max has successfully led multiple small studio teams. In addition to his professional endeavours, Max dedicates time to mentoring students at the Arts University Plymouth and delivering lectures at various educational institutions. Furthermore, he provides mentorship to disabled, ACE and queer youth in Worcestershire, his hometown. Max priorities brand thinking and its impact on people as a foremost consideration. Specialising in brand, visual identity, and storytelling, he consistently approaches projects with a holistic perspective and meticulous attention to detail.

Kerry Harrison / AI Creative

Over the last 20 years, Kerry’s words have raised money for volunteers in Africa, brought satellite TV into homes, encouraged millions to choose six lucky numbers and made comfy shoes stylish. Fascinated by design and ideas from an early age, Les has forged a career in the creative industry – working for various design and advertising agencies. Les relishes starting a new venture with a blank page and approaches every project with the same principles: consideration, craft and care.

Sophie Willcox / Illustrator

Sophie likes to tell a story through her illustrations by taking inspiration from the human form and combining them with her love of nature. She has worked with publishers across the UK & Australia, designing and illustrating a varied range of books, stationery and packaging aimed at adults and children.

Hannah Day / Writer & Illustrator

Hannah works across text and image, writing for the likes of TES, Juno, and Teach Secondary both to brief and pitch relevant content ideas. Her illustration work specialises in paper cut and collage illustrations, professionally finished for web or print via Photoshop. She has worked for a range of businesses, looking for a soft, personal approach to design, completing work spanning from editorial to logo design and business stationery.

Damien Bouyou / Motion Designer

Damien breathes life into graphic images, transforming them into exciting animations. He combines his passion for music as an artist with a love of film, photography and animation and enjoys creating projects which move and inspire people.

Ed Tritton / CGI Artist

Ed is a London-based photographer, CGI artist & retoucher. His photographic work mostly focuses on fluid textures, abstract shapes, and still life. Ed has retouched for a variety of photographers, helping them create beautiful images that appear in editorials and advertising around the world.

Alan Qualtrough / Writer

Alan is a letterpress artist, graphic designer and typographer; exhibiting work in Plymouth, the Tate Exchange (Tate Modern), and in the US. His practice investigates our relationship to language and truth through the materiality of physical processes that involve letterpress. He has trained with internationally renowned typographers Erik Spiekermann and Alan Kitching.

Rosie Turner / Producer

Rosie is a creator with a love of all things quirky, different and fresh. She works across idea generation, producing, self shooting, scripting content, recording voiceovers and editing. She creates dynamic digital/social strategies from start to finish. Rosie champions diversity, working class voices and raising awareness of LGBTQ+ issues.
